Meditation is the only way to Cure Worries, Fear and Anger

Meditation is the only way to Cure Worries, Fear and Anger

As we all know that our heart works continuously day and night from our birth till death.

The heart pumps about 7000 liters of blood which it supplies to all parts of the body through arteries/veins out of which 5000 liters is pumped to the brain and remaining 2000 liters to the rest of body.

Arteries usually carry oxygenated, pure, filtered and clean blood away from the heart to all the parts of the body with an exception of the pulmonary artery and the umbilical cord. Function of veins is to carry the deoxygenated blood back to the heart for purification. Arteries that carry blood from the heart to other parts of the body are known as systemic arteries while those that carry deoxygenated blood to the lungs are known as pulmonary arteries.

Our heart pumps blood up to 42 feet high,70000 km long and blood having weight of one ton is generated everyday through its work.By doing all this heart does not take rest and in general conditions beats 72 times in one minute.

It takes 0.3 seconds to contract (systole) and 0.5 seconds to relax (diastole).

To complete one cardiac cycle i.e. one beat it requires 0.8 seconds. While relaxing the impure blood goes through lungs for purification which normally takes 0.5 seconds. When we are stressful the body needs more blood so the relaxing period is reduced to 0.4 or 0.3 seconds due to increase of heart beat which may go to 80 or 90 in one minute. In those circumstances only 80% or 60% blood gets purified.

So, 20-40% of impure blood is pumped in veins/arteries and these impure components are deposited on the walls of arteries/veins which is called cholesterol. After some time arteries/veins gets blocked and restrict the blood flow in the brain/body which results in Heart Attack.

So, it is clear that when we are stressful or angry the demand of blood by brain and body is more than when we are normal or in peace. If we want to remain healthy and keep our heart working for a long period of time we should abstain from worries, anger, sadness, stress and we should work with love, joyfully and in peace as the diet role is only 20-25%.
There is no Medication available to cure worries, anger, sadness and stress; the only option is Meditation.

“Meditation can help us embrace our worries, our fear, our anger; and that is very healing. Let our own natural capacity of healing do the work”. Thich Nhat Hanh

Do Meditation and have a nice life.
