  1. I really like the Sa Ta Na Ma chanting. I am a beginner but I found this really relaxing. Is that possible I am doing too much of this?… I have been doing several times per day. Or anything that I need to be mindful of when doing this kind of chanting meditation as a beginner?… I am doing this more for relaxation/re-centering purposes during busy/chaotic days. Thanks!
