Real meditation is how you live your life day in and day out. Being present is the key..  what ever you do… just be completely present in that.. if you are running… just run… feel every bit of it… that sweat trickling, that heart racing… and those heavy legs… feel it fully… do not let your thoughts and mind get clouded by something else … do not take the attention away from that present moment by thinking about what you need to do today and what groceries have to be bought … And when you are buying those groceries, be completely in it… dont take that attention away … be completely there…
