Energies posses Positive, Neutral and Negative energy and have different impacts on us, mentally, physically and spiritually. The vibrations and mantras are the ones who supply these energies within us.

Vibrations are like rhythm flowing through our each and every part of our body. These vibrations carry an aura which builds our internal body. Mantras are sound to vibrations which directs them to travel through every part of the body. Mantras are the songs of serenity which calms and communicates best to our body.

We come across different frequencies depending on our mind racing in any direction. These frequency waves from active states to deep relaxation state. These electric waves are classified into Beta waves, Alpha waves, Teta waves, Delta waves respectively.

BETA WAVES: These waves range from 14Hz to 7Hz. Beta waves are found in normal states of consciousness. These waves are present when a person is engaged in regular activities in regards to outside world.

ALPHA WAVES: They are found in states of light meditation and daydreaming with waves range from 8Hz to 13 Hz.  These waves benefit with increased learning, creativity, and concentration to us.

TETA WAVES: These waves range from 4Hz to 7 Hz. These waves benefit with higher states of creativity and in deep states of meditation. There is a disconnection between the body and the mind which allows better concentration into higher states of the self. In this state helps in deep physical relaxation.

DELTA WAVES: These waves range from 5Hz to 3 Hz. These waves help with deep sleep and can be found in unconsciousness. They can even appear in deep meditative states as well. To help people suffering from insomnia, there are CDs with Delta waves music.

Different meditative songs and mantras used for meditation are of the same frequency of Teta waves.

Mantras and Naad

“Nada” means “sound”. It is a particular vibration, a fundamental frequency that connects our small world, our individuality, to the Big World, the Universal Self.  Naad explains the scientific part of the bond between the movement of tongue in our mouth. A bond by movement of the tongue through the different language, chemicals, fluids etc.

The mantras are the collection of Sanskrit sensitive words and are very sound sensitive to pronounce. Everyone has their own unique way to preach and pronounce Sanskrit words or mantras.  Mantras chanted in conscious mind takes us to the unconscious world and soothes our body and connects our soul with the infinite source. It gives us the capacity to do whatever we want and the ability to be completely open with the totality of our being.

Benefits of Chanting Mantras:

When we chant any mantra, our words touch the palate with our tongue in our mouth. In the palate, there are 84 meridian points, 64 in the hard palate and 20 in the soft palate. Vibration travels from the hypothalamus to the brain. This vibrational frequency discharges chemical hormones that balance the body. It has healing effects, emotional effects, and effects on one’s well being.

Mantras also help us in many ways, such as:

  • Improving concentration
  • Breath control
  • Decreased heart rate
  • Decreased arterial pressure
  • Relaxation of hormones
  • Enhance lymphatic circulation
  • Release of endorphins
  • Boosting immune system

Every sound has different vibrations and, which is why every mantra has a different effect on us.
