The composition – Agnus Dei is a Syrian custom of a chant addressed to the Lamb of God, which was introduced into the Roman Rite Mass by Pope Sergius. Here is the full chant and meaning.

Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi, miserere nobis.
Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi, miserere nobis.
Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata mundi, dona nobis pacem.
which means:

Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world, have mercy upon us.
Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world, have mercy upon us.
Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world, grant us peace.

We found this so deeply effective for meditation and relaxation. We hope this will help you. We hope to bring more gregorian chants, do let us know your meditation experience with these. Blessings and Peace all the way!!
