Today’s Guided Chanting Meditation Session is for Solar Plexus Chakra. This is the Center of our Self Confidence and Personal Power. and at Physical level it governs our metabolism, digestion and other abdomen region functions. Imbalance in this chakra, may lead to IBS, Reflux issues, Stomach Ulcers and other digestion related issues.
In this Guided Meditation, we learn to become more aware of our 3rd Chakra – Solar Plexus Chakra or Manipura energy center and how to do RAM chanting meditation for balancing the solar plexus chakra. Chanting can be one of the most effective ways to balance and unblock chakras.
The seed mantra for Solar Plexus Chakra is RAM. It is the third chakra or energy center in our body and its element is Fire. Manipura is considered the center of dynamism, energy, willpower, and achievement (Itcha shakti), which radiates prana(the life energy) throughout the entire human body. It is associated with the power of fire and digestion, as well as with the sense of sight and the action of movement. Through meditating on Manipura, one is said to attain the power to create (save) or destroy the world.
