1111Hz – The frequency of the Divine Light that is already within you – your true nature, your true self. Not something you have to reach out and acquire, not something waiting somewhere far away. It is already here. And in my own experience, this music is less about creating that light and more about remembering it.

We are all seeking something. That seeking, I don’t think it ever really ends. We move from one desire to the next, one goal to the next, always reaching outward for the thing we believe will finally make us feel whole.

1111Hz, for me, is an invitation to turn that seeking inward. To let the attention that usually runs outward – towards the world, towards what we want to manifest – and fall gently back towards the source it came from. And maybe, in that quiet turning, to realise something simple and a little mysterious: that what you were seeking was always within you… and in its own way, was seeking you all this time.

This isn’t music to have on in the background while you rush through your day – though of course you’re free to use it however feels right. It opens up most when you give it a little space. Let the vibration of the music take you deeper within, rather than pulling your attention outward. If a desire or an intention rises up, don’t push it away. Just let the frequency hold it, and let your attention keep turning gently inward.

There’s no right way to do this, and nothing to achieve. The meditation is the returning itself.

Towards your true nature and your true path.

As we take this journey together, my hope is that this music, and the intention with which it was made, helps you in some mysterious, magical way. I can’t promise you outcomes. What I can tell you is that this came from a real place, and it was made to be sat with.

May it help you turn your attention inward. And may you realise that the light you’ve been looking for was never somewhere else.
